Arcwide is pleased to announce that Dr. Philipp Fahr has taken on expanded responsibilities as Global Head of Operations, effective as of 1st January 2026.
In this role, Philipp will lead Arcwide’s Global Delivery, Methodology, and Resource Management. He will also have the overall responsibility of AMS delivery headed by Thangaraj Ramasamy, while keeping his current regional management roles.

Arcwide is pleased to announce that Dr. Philipp Fahr has taken on expanded responsibilities as Global Head of Operations, effective as of 1st January 2026. This new role complements his existing management responsibilities at Arcwide.
In this leadership role, Philipp will manage the Global Delivery, Methodology, and Resource Management driving excellence and consulting utilization.
The aim is to foster efficiency and effectiveness for further profitably growth globally across all countries Arcwide operates in. Arcwide wants to deliver best in class services to our clients for sustainable success. In his role, Philipp will shape Arcwide’s service offerings along implementation, upgrades and overall Arcwide Managed Services including AI delivery capabilities.
As we start into the year 2026 and focus on the IFS Connect series starting with DACH on 10th March 2026 in Munich, this appointment marks an important step executing our strategy of high quality delivery to our valued clients and continue our growth ambitions in the coming years.
