Dirk joined Arcwide at the beginning of 2024 taking up responsibility for our global legal function. Prior to joining Arcwide Dirk gained extensive experience in private practice as an advocate and a solicitor and in-house as Global General Counsel, Company Secretary, Chief Procurement Officer and VP Commercial affairs. His uniquely broad and varied experience ensures that Arcwide’s legal function demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of not only Arcwide’s legal requirements, but also its commercial and operational requirements.
His leadership and management skills together with solid global experience in services, software, outsourcing, corporate and commercial law as well as dispute resolution on both the services and supply side of business combined with his commitment to Arcwide-s growth ensures that our legal function follows a pragmatic and commercial approach while focusing on business growth enablement.
Sabrina joined BearingPoint in 2001, where she has lived several professional lives, including that of social relations manager. She joined Arcwide in 2024 as Chief People Officer for France, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates.
Now, as the Chief People Officer of Arcwide, Sabrina leads our HR strategy for the group.

Martial joined BearingPoint in 2010 and led large digital transformation programs on various ERPs. In 2022, Martial took part in the creation of Arcwide, which is the joint venture of BearingPoint and IFS.
As the Country Leader for France, Martial is dedicated to assisting his clients on their digital transformation journey supported by IFS solutions, helping them accelerate their ambitions and meet their strategic business objectives.
Olivier is a finance and consulting professional with international experience across industry and advisory roles. Olivier began his career at Siemens Energy, later joining Deloitte in Brussels and Amsterdam. He went on to serve as Finance Director at Solvay’s pharmaceutical division in Monaco and earned an MBA from Henley Business School with a global module in Shanghai.
In 2019, Olivier joined BearingPoint to grow its presence in Belgium, leading to the co-founding of Arcwide. He now serves as the Benelux Regional Lead driving IFS Cloud transformations.

Matteo began his consulting career over 15 years ago after earning a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering - Manufacturing. He specializes in Business Process Re-engineering and managing international digital transformation programs in the Automotive and Industrial Equipment Manufacturing industries. His focus is primarily on end-to-end aftersales processes and their management through digital solutions (ERP, EAM, FSM), including Parts Distribution and Supply Chain, Parts Cataloging and Service Bill of Material, eCommerce implementation, Dealer Operations, and Field Service Management.
In 2020, Matteo became the lead for the IFS partnership in Italy for BearingPoint. By 2022, he was appointed Country Leader of Arcwide in Italy.
Gustavo Brito is an experienced business leader with 26 years of expertise in ERP, consulting, and digital transformation, backed by an MBA and a lifelong passion for technology and innovation. He began his journey early, founding a company to develop local ERP solutions and one of the first ISPs in his city.
In 1997, he joined IFS Brazil, contributing to the localization project and the first go-live in the country. By 2000, he had moved to IFS Spain to support and expand operations, later leading the integration with Portugal to form IFS Iberica in 2004.
Appointed Managing Director of IFS Iberica in 2013, Gustavo led the region through its most significant growth phase, expanding into new industries and strengthening the IFS brand until 2019.
In 2021, he launched Arcwide Spain and Portugal, continuing his mission to help customers drive transformation and efficiency through IFS solutions — and this is just the beginning.
Marco Ferrari brings over 20years of experience in the ERP industry, spanning consulting, project management, and leadership.
Marco has a proven track record across national and international ERP projects, and joined IFS Switzerland in 2015. From 2020, Marco established the IFS partner bytics as COO, and became part of Arcwide in 2023 following the merger.
Known for his customer-centric approach and strong focus on quality, people, and teamwork, Marco continues to drive transformation and excellence in the ERP space.
Jakub has over 15 years of experience in ERP implementations and business consulting, Jakub joined BearingPoint in 2022. He played a pivotal role in establishing Arcwide's Czech Republic operation, where he became the Country Leader in 2023.
