Riverford will implement IFS Cloud as a cornerstone of its digital transformation strategy, modernising and harmonising core business processes across supply chain, manufacturing, finance, procurement, and maintenance. Integrated with RELEX Solutions for their supply and production planning solution, the initiative will enhance operational agility and support Riverford’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
The transformation programme will modernise and unify Riverford’s business processes, replacing legacy systems and reducing reliance on manual workarounds. The new platform will provide end-to-end visibility and traceability from farm to customer, covering procurement, production, inventory, quality control, and delivery.
Enhanced scenario planning and forecasting capabilities will support Riverford’s complex supply chain and seasonal demand cycles, while strengthening supplier management, quality assurance, and compliance with organic certification and sustainability standards. The initiative will also improve the user experience for Riverford’s co-owners, offering intuitive workflows, robust security, and accessibility for all users, and provide a scalable, resilient, and secure platform to support Riverford’s growth ambitions.
