Arcwide an award wining platinum global IFS Business Partner, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Managing Directors across key European regions. Olivier Baudry, Partner, Benelux, Gustavo Brito, Managing Director, Iberica, and Marco Ferrari, Managing Director, Switzerland.
These leaders bring a wealth of experience, deep regional insight, and a strong commitment to empowering their teams.
Their appointments mark a significant milestone in Arcwide’s journey to strengthen local delivery while leveraging global resources. With a focus on collaboration, growth, and innovation, they will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the full potential of IFS Cloud and its Industrial AI capabilities.
By combining regional leadership with access to international expertise, Arcwide continues to accelerate business transformation delivering smarter, faster, and more connected solutions for clients across Europe.

Benelux – Olivier Baudry, Partner
Olivier is a finance and consulting professional with international experience across industry and advisory roles. He began his career at Siemens Energy, later joining Deloitte in Brussels and Amsterdam, and served as Finance Director at Solvay’s pharmaceutical division in Monaco. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
In 2019, Olivier joined BearingPoint to expand its footprint in Belgium, which led to the co-founding of Arcwide.
“As I step into the role of Managing Director for the Benelux, my focus is to develop our business and drive organization development. I will have a particular focus on people. I’m committed to building a strong, empowered team where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and succeed. Together, we’ll strengthen our internal capabilities, and foster collaboration and IFS Benelux, and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients through IFS Cloud, especially its Industrial AI innovations. Iberica – Gustavo Brito, Managing Director
Gustavo joined IFS Brazil in 1997, contributing to the country’s first go-live. In 2000, he moved to IFS Spain, later leading the integration with Portugal to form IFS Iberica.
Appointed Managing Director in 2013, he guided the region through major growth until 2019. In 2021, he launched Arcwide Spain and Portugal, continuing his mission to help customers transform through IFS solutions — and this is just the beginning.

Switzerland – Marco Ferrari, Managing Director
Marco Ferrari brings over 20years of experience in the ERP industry, spanning consulting, project management, and leadership.
Marco has a proven track record across national and international ERP projects and joined IFS Switzerland in 2015. From 2020, Marco established the IFS partner bytics as COO and became part of Arcwide in 2023 following the merger.

Over the past five years, we’ve built something truly special together—from our beginnings as Bytics to becoming part of Arcwide. My focus now is on continuing to support and empower our team, ensuring everyone feels connected, valued, and inspired to grow.
