Arcwide appoints Olivier Baudry as Partner to strengthen leadership in the Benelux region

1 July 2025 — Brussels, Belgium — Arcwide, a platinum global IFS Business Partner, is pleased to announce the appointment of Olivier Baudry as Partner in the Benelux region. This key leadership appointment reinforces Arcwide’s commitment to developing its people and expanding its presence to deliver business transformation through IFS Cloud solutions to clients across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.
Olivier brings extensive experience within enterprise software, business transformation, and business consulting. His leadership will play a vital role in strengthening Arcwide’s ability to support organizations in the region seeking to modernize and scale with IFS solutions.

With a career spanning both industry and consulting, Olivier has developed a unique blend of financial, strategic, and operational expertise across international environments. He began his professional journey at Siemens Energy as an Investment Analyst within the Corporate Finance department, before transitioning into consulting with Deloitte, where he advised clients across Brussels and Amsterdam.
Olivier then stepped into industry leadership as Finance Director at Solvay’s pharmaceutical division in Monaco. Following this, he completed an MBA at Henley Business School, with an international component in Shanghai, which further broadened his global perspective.
In 2019, he joined BearingPoint with the ambition to grow the firm’s presence in Belgium. This journey ultimately led to the co-founding of Arcwide in collaboration with IFS, where he currently serves as Region Lead, helping to drive business transformation through IFS Cloud across the Benelux region.
As Partner for Arcwide in the Benelux, I collaborate with our customers to transform their organizations and unlock business value through the new IFS Cloud technologies, particularly its Industrial AI capabilities. My ambition is also to enhance our organizational capabilities and empower individuals to achieve greater success.
