Arcwide is hiring several consultants in various disciplines to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for consultants with IFS or general (Field) Service Management implementation experience in the following areas: Customer Care and Service Request Management, Scheduling & Dispatching Optimization, Mobilization of Order Processing / Field Service Management, Asset Management, contract and SLA Management, but also in project management or integration of service with ERP and CRM solutions.

As a consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in implementing IFS solutions to improve their business processes. You will advise and support the customer, understand the customer's business requirements, and advise them on how best to meet and implement these requirements. You will configure the solution and work as part of a broader team to successfully roll out the solution to the customer.

Main responsibilities

  • Supporting our customers in all project phases from the conceptual design of initial ideas to their successful implementation in operations
  • Conducting business process analyses and needs assessments to align IFS solutions with business initiatives
  • Responsibility for topics and sub-projects
  • Opportunity to contribute to studies, publications, market analyses, sales & marketing topics, proposal preparation and expansion of our service offerings

Education and professional experiences

  • (Master's) degree in business administration, information systems, natural sciences, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or comparable field of study
  • At least 2 years of experience in service management related solutions in one or more of the following areas: Contracting and SLA Management, Customer Request Management, Planning and Dispatching, Planning & Scheduling Optimization, Mobile Order Processing, Asset Management, IoT and data-based scenarios (predictive maintenance), or project management
  • Experience in the delivery of IT and FSM/CRM solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and/or design business processes
  • Passion for new technologies and trends as well as their meaningful use in businesses
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally in a post-Covid world
  • Fluent in German and English
