Mission and Main Responsibilities

As Manager, you will support customers in the digitalization and optimization of their business processes:

  • Lead several domains (Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Services, Planning) or a full project along the different phases (initiate, design, build, roll-out and support)
  • Guarantee Quality, Cost and Delivery of the project
  • Accompany customer transformation through change management (change impact analysis, training, communication, …)
  • Manage a team of consultants
  • Lead customer relationship during project

You will make an important contribution in the project lifecycle, to the analysis, design, and implementation of new business approaches, as well as coordinating between project stakeholders to generate excellent and sustainable results.

In addition, you will contribute internally to the development of the team:

  • Lead and build commercial offers
  • Participate to recruiting process
  • Ensure the growth of the junior consultants

You will collaborate and share with colleagues from our global network to provide the best practices and solutions to the customers, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm.

Education & Professional Experiences

  • Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business economics or similar paired with a strong track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.)
  • +6 years of ERP experience (project experience, ERP technologies / modules and ERP methodology), integration knowledge. IFS knowledge as a plus.
  • Demonstrate expertise on one or several functional domains (Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Project, Manufacturing, Services)
  • Experience of team management
  • Fluency in English and German (B2) or French; any further language is considered a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently, and to communicate with people at all levels in an organization
  • Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland or abroad; international experience is highly appreciated
